Maybe offering my land-rover up for swaps, just testing the water, see what Im offered. An estate would be ideal, something like an audi a6. Try me. 2001 land-rover freelander TD4 gs (BMW 2.0 TURBO DIESEL ENGINE), please do not confuse this with the old low power 2.0di engine, or the headgasket eating and headwarping unreliable 1.8 petrol. Car has mot (4M) and tax (2M), handbooks, 160k miles, still tight and drives like a much newer car. Tyres are all exceptional, brakes are good, aircon works but could do with a regas, may get this done on Saturday. Its economical, after doing a weekend of lincs, Notts, Derby dales, Glossop, Manchester, Yorkshire and back to north Lincolnshire on half a tank. Insurance wise, its cheaper than expected too. Im using this as my daily family wagon, Im in no rush to swap, and would only consider the right car. It needs to contain enough space for 3 kids and occasionally a dog in the boot. So please, an Mr2 or 3 door corsa is no good to me. Thanks. (Lincoln)
