Maybe someone can give me advice on losing weight! So this summer I managed to lose almost 30 pounds! No one seems to notice, but it is true! Im trying to get to my goal weight so I can finally show my abs.. But I havent lost a pound in two weeks! Which is driving me mad! Around the time I wasnt losing weight, I had just started using an exercise bike for cardio. I do at least an hour, without stoping at the highest tension, three times a week. Meaning I do three hours of cardio a week! On the other three days I do 350 crunches. Not the sissy ones either. I have my legs elevated for 175 crunches, and then do bicycle kicks while doing crunches for another 175. After thats all done I do 3 sets of push ups until I get fatigued. In total thats about 90 push ups. The only day I rest is Sunday. My diet was going well for awhile. Nothing but soups, and salads.. With crackers.. I wasnt losing weight when doing that! If anything I would gain some weight a bit.. Which pissed me off! This week I havent been eating too well.. But I havent been eating over 1500 calories thats for sure! If I did eat something bad, like pizza, I would eat small portions of it. My metabolic rate for daily loss of calories is about 2000.. I really dont know why Im not losing weight anymore.. And I would really love for anyone to help.. I need to lose weight.. And if anyone hassome real suggestions I would appreciate it
