Maybe someone knows some answers.....I wanted Comcast internet and phone....I went into the office there at Oak Ridge and ordered my service...I was told my service would be 59.99 a month for 12 months....well I got my bill which was due today....and they are charging me 69.99 a month....plus charged me 15.00 shipping an handling for the modem which the lady gave it to me at the office....nothing was ever shipped to me....other charges....brought my bill to 99.54.....then I go online to look at my bill....and there is another bill due May 20, for 105.00 with a 20.00 extra fee for installing and I installed everything....they did nothing....my bill should have been 59.99 plus tax....an here again a bunch of extra charges....can anyone tell me what is going on that has dealt with Comcast????? why I am getting another bill for 14 days later to be paid when my first bill was only due today???? I cannot get any sense out of anyone on the phone...I get so frustrated....has anyone else had this problem????? and what did you do if so?????
