Maybe the holidays got you feeling a little fluffy? Here are a few things you can do to drop the bloat 1. Drink water - 1 gallon a day is ideal 2. Eat foods that dont come from a box, bag, or can. Think lean meats, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, fruit, eggs. 3. Remove excess sodium consumption (found in high quantities in boxed / canned, processed foods) 4. Move!! 3-6 times per week!
