Maybe these government masterminds should look at Colorado & Washington State where the temp plates have already built. Where both CO & WA have learned what policies have worked well and which ones were blunders. This new AK right to use marijuana isnt an installment problem because we have numerous examples to study like California where they have had medical marijuana dispensaries for years now.
