Maybe this is getting too deep, but something that keeps arising - TopicsExpress

Maybe this is getting too deep, but something that keeps arising during meditation is something like: I wonder how much my practice on a Buddhist path helps/hurts the dynamics of my interpersonal/romantic relationships. Is the concept of non-attachment to past or future helpful or harmful? Does giving equanimity to emotions appear odd? Ive noticed A LOT of benefits to that (sanity being one of them) but does it come across as cold and emotionless to non-Buddhists. And equanimity seems to appear passionless to people who arent on a Buddhist path. Maybe? Any thoughts? Kellie , Jason ,Jason , Maria , Leila, Kathryn, Nini , Brad ? Im sure Ive left a few Buddhists out. :-/
