Maybe this will help somebody. Ive learned that people are going to talk about you no matter what you do. People are going to have an opinion about what you do and what they think you should do while they do absolutely nothing. They will talk about you if youre doing something positive, something negative or nothing at all. And many will judge without any credible evidence. Living for other peoples approval or opinions is absolutely useless. Ive learned and am learning how to lead and move forward with empathy and compassion for people without being in bondage to them. Seeking peoples approval is like trying to move forward in a rocking chair...it wont get you anywhere. If your credibility is truly secure in Christ then you have nothing to defend. Endure the persecution, stop defending what Hod has already exonerated you in clearance. Love people enough to serve them even when they crucify you.
