Maybe were crazy, but we keep thinking about a trip with Miss Sophia for Make A Wish. Of course, her wish is for her but we also want to make memories as a family and we want her brother to remember this time with her too. I think Florida is out; we think it will be too far, too hot, too stressful for her and us. But, we were thinking that maybe Myrtle Beach, SC may be doable. It is a 9 hour drive or 3 hours by flight. We were thinking of maybe a private house with a private pool/hot tub. Ive looked at several online, beach front properties...so beautiful! But there are so many stairs! Im hoping to find something with an elevator (wishful thinking) or handicap accessible for getting to the pool and ocean. We also have to make sure that MAW will pay for Sophias nurse to attend as well, and we are hoping to figure out a way to get additional help so that during the day/evening, we can make sure Sophia is still comfortable at the house while we take Dyllan to the ocean or water park, etc. Lots of things to consider but we are hopeful!
