Maybe you can help me to understand something> My minister tells me that we are not supposed to talk to the dead, I said so what do I do when they talk to me ? he did not answer . Now I am going to tell you something that happened to me regarding my daughter Shannon. Shannon was in college at the University of Penn . One day she called me to report that a friend of hers was inviting a group of friends to the Jersey shore for his 21st birthday bash , I told her to be careful and the worry wart that I am began my two day saga of worrying about everything pertaining to a trip to the ocean. The second day of her excursion , I was in the boat with my husband and while he was preparing himself for his water ski , in popped my head Shannon is white water rafting as tho someone was telling on her..I looked down at the lake and said out loud I hope to heck she hangs on just like it was really happening . Then I thought how dumb , she is at the shore ...well later that evening I got a call from her and she had a little giggle then said to me youll never guess what I did today ? I said what ? she said I went white water rafting and nearly fell out. Mike had changed his mind and took the group to the Poconos for his BD bash instead of the shore . There was no way for me to know that and to this day the whole thing just freaks me out a bit......
