Maybe you have shut down spiritually...youve decided to back off, lighten up, and keep things to yourself because the place youve been in is just too difficult to piece together or try to explain. Its a place that only you and God know. You have lost touch with your feelings, youre in a holding tank, you cant seem to hear God, and the place of close fellowship you walked in with Him is a distant memory now that almost seems unreal. There is such a pile-up of thoughts and emotions that you keep filing away and cant sort out, because you havent ever been in a place like this before. There is no reference point, everything is obscured, and nothing is obvious. God wants you to know that He has never stopped leading you even when it seems as if you are lost and floundering. You are in this place because HE has taken you here. The wind of change is blowing, and in it, your faith is being built up and strengthened. He is planting you deeper so that you cant be uprooted. You cant learn how to ride out a storm unless you are in one. You cant ride a wave unless you are on one. Those feelings of displacement and disorientation are happening because God is giving you a new wine skin so that He can pour in His new, best, boldest, most flavorful and aromatic wine that He has kept for YOU until now, in this end time. You used to survive, but now He is teaching you how to thrive. He is preparing you so that you will be able to withstand the coming unexpected, stronger assaults of the enemy that will require an upgrade in your perseverance and faith. Trust that GOD has led you into this place. He hasnt abandoned you. He is with you and guiding you even when you cant feel His presence and you dont know where Hes taking you......because that is the very reason youre here...and that is what He wants you to learn and be completely convinced of above all else in the coming days.
