The project is part of the Citys comprehensive aquatics plan for new water/recreation amenities. The spray park is funded through CSX neighborhood mitigation dollars as a result of the rail yard expansion completed in 2012. ALL ARE INVITED AN ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.
