Mayor Ronaldo Aquino receives certificate of appreciation from BJMP, Regional Headquarters-8. The awarding of certificate is in recognition of his meritorious and valuable support and services extended to Calbayog City Jail in the plight and welfare of the inmates. Said certificate was signed October 30 during the 23rd BJMP RO-8 Anniversary by SSupt. Wenefredo Piloneo Abordo, BJMP-8 Regional Director.
