Mayweather’s video surprised everyone with Floyd’s confession that he is a coward. Not every man can do it! I suspect he’s doing the thing purposely. He understands, the bout is inevitable and whips up tension. He’s businessman and there is no other person who’s that good in sales. Perhaps, he invented new ploy for the fight. There is no any other explanation. Mayweather is already the chapter in boxing history, but it’s not the matter. If the fight won’t happen, he’ll be remembered as the man who escaped competitive fight with fear to change defeat nil in the record, not as the greatest fighter. All those Mayweather’s words are nonsense. If he is anxious about his health, then why he stepped in the ring twice against punchers like Maidana or against Cotto? Their strikes were a way harder than Paq’s. That’s why I’d consider this to be rubbish. We couldn’t see any great fight, if Foreman had said that Ali was not of his level, let him win Frazier first. Or Tyson had said that Holyfield’s PPV was not high enough and didn’t take a fight. And great Bernard Hopkins could ran off Kovalev easily till his 50 years and took WBC belt from Adonis Stevenson. There is a bunch of the examples. At the time we are asking Floyd to fight Manny for 5 or more years. That’s ridiculous! Nevertheless I believe Floyd is a favourite in the fight. He’s smarter, he has undesirable manner for Paquiao, Manny always has problems with counter-punchers. But I support Manny. The fight remains a live issue, and I hope we’ll see it in this decade.
