Mazie is a beautiful 2-year old female Hound mix who made her debut at the HSOV on January 9, 2015 after she was picked up on Dunn Lane in New Matamoras, Ohio by the Washington County Dog Warden. This sweet girl actually rode in the passengers seat with the dog warden and gave her kisses on the ride to our shelter :) Mazie has a black-and-tan short smooth coat with white markings on her chest and paws, a docked tail, and a darling face with a rather long muzzle, tan eyebrows, and short floppy ears. This lovely young lady has a friendly, easygoing personality and a gentle, demure disposition. Mazie currently weighs 50 lbs. She walks fairly well on a leash and loved her walk in the snow when our HSOV Volunteer Coordinator/Board President rewarded her for good behavior after she had her glamour photos taken :) Mazie will be available for adoption on January 12, 2015 if she is not reclaimed before that date.
