Mbaka bombs Rochas Rev Father Ejike Mbaka of the Adoration - TopicsExpress

Mbaka bombs Rochas Rev Father Ejike Mbaka of the Adoration Ministry Enugu, yesterday, 3rd August, 2014, during the church service stunned the world when he announced that the maligned former Governor of Imo State, Chief Ikedi Ohakim, was not guilty of the allegation leveled against him that he beat up a Rev Father, which became a campaign tool in the hands of his opponents in 2011. The allegation pitched Ohakim against the Catholic Church who cashed on it to launch a negative campaign against Ohakim, also using their numerical strength and contacts to ensure that Ohakim did not return to government house, making the way for the eventual emergence of Governor Okorocha. Mbaka who gave his sermon on the topic free of charge added that he did not know the kingdom Okorocha came from, even as he referred to him as “that guy”. The fiery Catholic priest who observed that 99.9% of politicians are thieves and very forgetful said that Okorocha has destroyed Imo State since he came on board as the Governor of the state, stressing that Archbishop AJV Obinna of Imo State and all the Rev Fathers in the state are now crying and regretting the emergence of Okorocha and their roles in making him Governor. Mbaka who was unhappy that he was deceived to believe the lie that Ohakim beat a Rev Father said he needed to undo what he did publicly against Ohakim at the Adoration Ground when he composed a song against Ohakim that went virile, by also telling the world on the Adoration Ground that Ohakim did not beat the Rev Father and that it was mere lie meant to pull him down. Mbaka said that when he got the rumour of Ohakims alleged beating of the Rev Father he made efforts to get him to say his side of the story but his efforts were blocked by his aides who did not want Ohakim to see him, saying that by the time Ohakim came to see him it was already late and the damage had been done. He also said that if Ohakim had come to him earlier Okorocha wouldnt have been Governor of Imo State and Ohakim wouldnt have been removed. The Adoration Father who assured the people that nobody can puncture his bag of courage and that his messages can never be bought said that the church stands for truth and justice, saying that God would not spare him if he refused to say the truth. He also called on Christians to ensure that they dont keep quiet when someone else is being persecuted. Mbaka continued by saying that he had also invited the Rev Father who was allegedly assaulted by Ohakim and inquired from him whether it was true that Ohakim assaulted him, but he said no, that he neither saw Ohakim nor did Ohakim see him on the fateful day, stressing that Ohakim did not assault him, contrary to the allegation against him. He said he was furious with the Rev Father and further asked him why he kept quiet all the time Ohakim was lied against in his name; why he did not speak up against it. According to Mbaka, the allegation that Ohakim beat up a Rev Father should not with him to the grave, whether he will be governor again or not, but must be cleared so that he will be free and so that the course of justice would be served, even as he prophesied that God would restore the years that the locusts have eaten. Mbaka also accused Okorocha of defrauding the Catholic Church in Imo State, particularly, the Archdioceses of Owerri, by issuing the church a dud cheque of N50m for the renovation of the cathedral, saying that the Archbishop is now crying. In an interview after the church service, Ohakim said he has forgiven all those who wronged then and that those he wronged should also forgive him. He said he was not afraid of character assassination as his opponents may come up with any other lie against him. He said he has thrown his hat into the ring for the governorship election of the state and that nobody can intimidate him out of the race, pointing out that he is an Ijere in politics. He assured that even if some people bomb his house or they kill him, he would not bow out of the race, because if they succeed in killing him he would still be their senior when they get to heaven because he was governor before them. Ohakim said he is running for the governorship of the state not just because of the charter of equity which he said favours him, but also because of the Doctrine of Necessity which he said is better and bigger than the charter of equity. -Moment
