Requirements: ND in Civil Engineering, experience in road designs, 2-3 years experience in a municipal environment, project management qualification will be an added advantage, computer literacy and drivers licence. KPAs. Should be able to monitor construction and maintenance of roads and other projects. Tracking project progress. Reports, stats, financial expenditure reports. Do site evaluation and evaluate payment certificates for contracts. Facilitate training for emerging contractors.
