Mbombela Local Municipality is offering a 4 months contract of Cost Centre Officer: Financial Services Department. DEPARTMENT: FINANCIAL SERVICES 1 X COST CENTRE OFFICER (4 months contract) REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES: Grade 12 plus one year experience in Office Administration. Must be computer literacy; be able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines. The successful candidate should be able to communicate effectively. Have interpersonal skills and understanding of Batho Pele Principles. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure proper coordination of procurement functions within cost centres in the Municipality by: Selling tender documents and preparing of procurement documentation for relevant cost centre. Review the procurement documents and other office work related.
