Mbote! (Hello in Lingala) Today we went to a childrens ministry created by a Haitian missionary and her family. The kids there were taken off the street for a few hours and taught about the love of Christ. As Micheline (the Haitian missionary) put it: We give them spiritual food first and then give them something to eat. It was incredible to see such excellent childrens ministry in a country that typically does not have much available for the kids in church. We sang with them, told Bible stories, and made crafts together. After having lunch with Micheline and hearing her testimony, we went to a nearby church to do more ministry. There we sang, danced, did a skit, and Cal gave the message. It was amazing to worship God in so many different languages and forms! Please pray for continued strength, endurance, peace, and health for us. Two of us stayed home today because they were battling sickness- all is well now and after a day of rest they are much better and able to work tomorrow- and we dont want anyone else to miss out on some great evangelization and memories! Thank you all for faithfully keeping us in your prayers!!
