Mbuya Shumbambiri Mrs Shumbambiri is a former Deputy Chairlady for AFM National Ladies Department. She was born as Rosemary Mpofu on 6 Aug 1947. Has 7 children ; 5 boys and 2 girls. Since her baptism in 1963 she has been zealous in the work of God that she together with her husband; Dr Shumbambiri were appointed as church deacons in the early 70s in the then Mashonaland Province . During this time they were resisting Gods call into full time ministry until the year 1975 when they heeded to Gods calling in their lives. Together with her husband, they were appointed as founding Pastors for Chitungwiza in 1978 covering Zengeza, Seke, Dema, St Marys and surrounding areas. She is gifted in counseling and is a prayer warrior who believes in the work of the Holy Spirit. Mbuya Shumbambiri has raised her children some who are now Pastors and Elders in the church. Just hear and see her challenging devils when praying for people; you will know that God has imparted authority on her servant . May you live long Gogo and continue to show us the way!
