McAllen Stair Climb 14 was a great success because of the hundreds of participants, volunteers and community representatives that contributed in their own special way. I was inspired by Mark Zamora and Melinda Zamora who worked tirelessly to put this together, McAllen Fire Dept. & other FDs, EMTs, Police, Border Patrol and Emergency Responders that participated and volunteered to keep everyone safe. The dozens of volunteers from Josh Godinez from Memorial High School National Honor Society who brought 80 of his closest friends to help.
