Me: sisi bengicela ubhemele lapha rather than here coz your smoke is in the way Thina: angifuni i just stood up and went inside, people were having a blast inside and others were smoking hubbly, i asked Joel for the car keys coz i wanted another drink, yena and this other guy were going to the car vele coz they wanted to go buy ice we walked out and i got my drink and went back inside. i sat on a stool by the kitchen counter and since it was an open plan house i could see all that was happening on the other side. others we dancing and having a blast then Bruce walked up to me. Bruce: are you avoiding me? Me: no im not. why? Bruce: no just that the other day you just went on another level on me Me: but its so wrong for you to call me at the wee hours of the morning, yini le ofuna ukwikhuluma so late. i dont appreciate that yeah Bruce: makes sense. it will never happen again and im so sorry if i caused any problems Me: its ok Bruce: can we start all over again :) Me: :) ok cool Bruce: how have you been? hows school? Me: school is great hey, i passed my June exams so no worries at all. as for myself im good hey, never been better. how have you been? Bruce: im good mfethu, no use complaining. any luck on varsity acceptance? Me: ill start applying once we reopen Bruce: ok dear i spoke to Bruce until Joel came back, i wasnt uncomfortable when Joel saw us because im sure he knows id never do anything to try kill of terminate our relationship naye he did even come closer to us instead he set me a bbm text asking if im ok and i replyed. i didnt have much fun as i though i might have kabo Hloni but at least i went out. Phakade and her friend left shortly before we left she came and said bye and hugged me bahamba. the thought of gong back to school the following week was so exciting, lol, maybe its the matric farewell. later on me and Joel left. the fatigue was kicking in from the cleaning and the laundry that we did. Me and Joel didnt have a weird vibe between and it was the same case with Bruce Joel: baby, is that guy asking you out? lol, maybe i spoke too soon Me: not at all, he is just a friend baby wam Joel: ok baby Since my man was just a bit tipsy and didnt look capable of driving i drove us home. we got there and hit the bed immediately. The following day was more of a relaxed day, we barely did anything and besides i was going home the following day so i just wanted to take it easy, i ironed my clothes and folded them into my bag and his i just ironed and hung up while he chilled with me Me: baby may i please use your laptop and modem for my school applications? Joel: yeah suure, ungahamba nayo i wont really be needing it anytime soon i ran and hugged him and he laughed Me: baby what did i ever do to deserve you Joel: i love you so much MamMkoena Me: I love you too daddy
