Me and Senator Farooq H. Naik, former chairman, Senate of Pakistan are participating in 3rd conference of Asian Parliamentarians, on Torture & Ill-treatment, at Hong Kong. One part of my speech: Extra judicial killings, torture and abuse, registration of false cases, arrest and chalan of innocent people on desire of ruling elite, and boses, re-arrest of released prisoners outside the gate of jails in newly fake cases, rude behavior, corruption, misuse of authority, low capacity and training, trend to get posting in high crime rate areas & business hub after provision of bribe to high ups, non professional look and style of duty, using third degree ways of investigation rather than new techniques are common factors in police stations. Rich and influential persons are dominating over poor and opposition linked citizens. There is now time to re-write social contract in between State and people of the country for good governance, human development, human rights, rule of law, accountability, merit, justice at all levels, equal opportunities, dignity, self respect, peace, and prosperity.
