Me and Vaggelis Poulios are doing a mini competition. We are going to see who can lose 10kg first. He is 86 kg and I am 101 kg. Both measured when just woken up. Im at a disadvantage because im on my last bit of fat. Visceral and fat attached to skin. Im also limited to walking in the gym. No weights or jogging.
