Me and my best friend are having a conversation about buying homes... She had a convo with a realtor who suggested that instead of locking yourself into a 30/40yr mortgage. . that you instead should invest in a foreclosed home and build it to your liking. . He said that he that it never fails that something tragic happens and he has had to take away a home from someone 15yrs in their mortgage and its sad.. he said that its also nothing wrong with renting... Your thoughts?
