Me, and two Street Evangelism students, went to talk my new prospects wife for the confirmation of the Bible Study in their home. His wife wasnt yet coming from work when we came. He said that maybe there is an unexpected overtime in her work. As I was about to say that we will just comeback tomorrow, he asked us to pray for his uncle next door who is having a cancer. It wasnt surprised me maybe because cancer is not new to me because of my mom. When we came into his uncles house, as I see his face, I was tremendously shocked and paused for a moment. His face is so ruined because of that cancer. Im glad that God worked at that time, giving me strength to overcome myself and encourage then pray for the uncle and his wife and family. After my prayer, the uncle said something that I didnt understand but his wife said that it was, salamat (thank you). Then reached his arm to shake my hand. I asked the wife of the uncle to join the Bible Study next door and she agreed. Our first intention wasnt worked very well but God in His wonderful ways, surprised me and shown me that He is always in-control.
