Me having lost 170lbs to date this video hits home. Watching the video gave me the courage to post my accomplishment as well. I have much further to travel on my journey as I was much heavier than this guy at my heaviest of 435lbs. Today I weighed in at 265lb. Special thanks to my pt Jordan Patterson. Hes given me the strength and courage to break through some walls and setbacks. I would like to use my self as an example to encourage others to set goals no matter what they are.
