Me & my friend decided to go to Banani for iftar today.. we reached there around 5.15 pm ...& we tried cafe hollywood, NewZealands natural, pizza-inn ...& i was surprised to found that all of them were fully reserved -_- .. i even tried calling few other restaurants with no luck. finally after literally knocking door to door ...we got 2 seats at roof top floor of OFF TRACK an unplugged music cafe. The roof top seating arrangements were very nice...the waiters were very welcoming too. we had Iftar+Dinner buffet (still wondering why they called it buffet -_-) @550/- (NO extra VAT) They served pre-platted iftar which includes - chhola, piyaju, beguni, nimki, french toast, aloo chop, dates, fish kebab, 2 piece of fruits & 1 chicken wing (the only chicken wala item they serves !!!) & a glass of Tang (i was like seriously?? no fresh juice?? -_- ) we only ate the fish kebab, french toast & chicken wing (tasted okay) as we were looking forward to the buffet dinner which we didnt planned :/ For dinner they served - chicken corn soup (i found it tasteless), wonton(cold & oily), fried rice( not bad), a dish of Prawn (it tasted good), Chinese vegetable (totally tasteless), tandoori roti & something like daal (didnt had the appetite to taste it after eating those tasteless food) & they charged extra money for 2 bottles water which we thought were complementary !! i loved the place/music/environment but hated the food! i wont recommend it to anyone!
