Me ~ um, excuse me, but my husband is on a $40.00 plan and is being charged $50.00 YET has not exceeded his limit Vodafone ~ in a thickset heavy accent YES $40.00 + GST =$50.00 Me ~ um NO, a $40.00 plan costs $40.00, a $30.00 plan costs $30.00 and so forth, AND if they HAD for some reason included GST, in my book, that ADDS up to $44.00 Vodafone ~ ***inserts long confused pause with rapid breathing*** Me ~ If it helps, the previous month I cancelled my extra data service pack for $10.00 BUT I received a computer generated confirmation txt stating that it was INDEED cancelled Vodafone ~ please hold for a moment Me ~ ***getting jiggy with it, whilst listening to some Bollywood Music*** Vodafone ~ Yes Maam, I agree with you, the computer files state that the service was indeed cancelled last month, but you have still been charged again this month... Dont worry Maam, we will fix it for you Me ~ so youll raise a credit for me then and apply it Vodafone ~ Dont worry Maam, we will fix it for you Me ~ so the computer made a mistake and YOU WILL GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY Vodafone ~ Dont worry Maam Me ~ I guess Ill just take that as a YES
