Meal Plan Feedback Today: Thank you! I cant believe how much food Ive been eating over the last few weeks and Im already down 5 lbs. Over the years, I have been programmed to believe that to lose fat, I needed to bring in only 900 calories a day and do endless amounts of cardio.
