Meal Plan Type A For breakfast, begin the meal by drinking 8 oz of water flavored with freshly squeezed lemon. For your meal, enjoy ½ cup of oatmeal prepared with 1-cup soy milk and 1 tbsp maple syrup. Enjoy this with a 4 oz cup of grapefruit juice and a 6 oz cup of coffee or tea. For lunch, have 2 cups of lettuce topped with celery, cucumber slices, green onions and seasoned with 1 tbsp feta cheese and a squeeze of lemon juice. Enjoy this salad with an apple and 1 slice of sprouted wheat bread. For an afternoon snack, enjoy 2 rice cakes smeared with 1 tbsp of peanut butter. For dinner, have 2 oz of pasta mixed with 2 to 4 oz of tofu and topped with 2 tbsp of pesto sauce. Enjoy this dinner with 6 oz of frozen yogurt and a glass of red wine, if desired.
