Meal Plan Type AB For breakfast, begin with a glass of water flavored with lemon juice. Then have 2 slices of toasted Ezekiel bread spread with a yogurt-herb cheese like Laughing Cow. Enjoy your toast with 8 oz of diluted grapefruit fruit. As a lunch, have 2 slice of rye bread topped with 4 oz of sliced turkey breast. Enjoy this with a side Caesar salad and 2 plums. For your afternoon snack, have one slice of tofu cheesecake. For dinner, enjoy an omelet filled with tofu and stir-fry vegetables. Have this omelet with a cup of mixed fruit and red wine if you desire.
