Type O Blood Types begin the day with a cup of herbal tea. For lunch, have 6 oz of organic roast beef on top of a spinach salad. Enjoy this salad with pineapple or apple slices and a glass of water. For an afternoon snack, enjoy one slice of cake with a cup of herbal tea. For dinner, have a stew composed of lamb, asparagus, sweet potatoes and broccoli. Serve this stew with a cup of mixed fresh fruit and a beer or glass of wine if desired.
