Meanwhile, I truly must applaud Resolution Insurance. Had to rush a loved one to hospital today. Being a first time visit, they had to verify that my details had been captured in their system, as well as those of my dependants. The hospital front desk had to make a call to the provider (Resolution) for that confirmation. Folks at Resolution, sensing the urgency of the situation, gave the hospital the nod to proceed as they sorted the system out. That, ladies and gentlemen, is client-over-company for sure. With that one move alone, by showing that they care more for well-being than numbers, Resolution Insurance has won my loyalty for life. Three thumbs up.
