Measure 91 and why I am voting NO. I want it legalized but not from this Bill. More power to the already failing OLCC which Oregon tried to shut down 2 years ago and was started by Organized Crime, Outside Funding and motives behind it, section 10 & 57, DWIs for Pot (Do Research on what has happened on every state to legalize), A Large portion going to our failing Police instead of Police training and awareness, The measure is full of loopholes and can be changed at any discretion. Do the research yourself and make a hypothesis. I am voting No on 91! And not 1 person is to be let out of jail for previous pot crimes. Oh did I mention it is still illegal Federally so Feds can still arrest dispensaries and harass people for Marijuana. Is that really legalization?
