Meat loaf 600gms mince meat Hand full of grated Edam cheese 2 cloves garlic (chopped) 3 slices ham, 3 slices pork & ham, 10 green olives all chopped Fresh parsley 2 teaspoons marjoram 2 eggs Salt & pepper 4 tablespoons bread crumbs Mix all ingredients, if too sticky add more bread crumbs. Roll out on to a plate. Place in cooking dish and add water, just enough to cover half of the meat loaf only,also add 1 beef cube. Cover and place in oven 190 for an hour or until cooked. I used the juice for the potatoes, adding bisto and season to your liking
