Meat loaf, corn and homemade mashed taters for dinner... I have made meat loaf only once before and it came out dry and bland... This time it was a little too salty for my taste but I think my fiance and daughter liked it, this is all that was left of a 2lb loaf... The meat loaf had 2lbs hb meat, one egg, salt and pepper, saltine crackers, Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce, 45minutes on 350... the potatoes was just 4 potatoes, milk, butter, salt and pepper, boil cut and cubed potatoes on med high for 30 minutes...
