The Company is a successful joint venture between Al Darwish United Co. & Interserve PLC (UK) Date of posting: 13/11/2013 Requirements:Candidates must satisfy the following requirements : · · Be able to produce accurate cost based MEP Building Service Estimates on a range of Industrial & Commercial projects, including High Rise Towers and other like structures. · Mechanical Estimators must possess experience of HVAC /Plumbing/Drainage/fire Fighting systems and installations. · Technically Qualified ,(ONC Minimum),with a minimum of 5 years experience with an MEP contracting environment. · Be able to accurately take off quantitative from Drawings/Specifications, review Bills of Quantities, obtain compliment quotations for compatibility, and ascertain labour norms.
