SWID operates and maintains the giant sea water injection system in the Southern Area Oil Operations (SAOO). The department takes care of treating, transporting and injecting the sea water to maintain the oil reservoir pressure in the giant Ghawar oil field and Khurais oil field. SWED provides the technical engineering support to maintain the function of the department. Duties & Responsibilities You will be expected to be able to perform the following: Conduct studies, evaluation and setting the recommendations for rotating equipment. Review the project scope and provide technical feedback. Provide troubleshooting and recommendation for rotating equipment. Review and produce engineering design package and workscope for rotating equipment. Lead the commissioning activities during project execution and finalize the Drawings and OIM turnover to Operation. Provide the technical work scope/feedback for mechanical stationary system like tanks, de-aerator and filter vessels. Desired Candidate Profile As the successful candidate you will hold a Mechanical Engineering degree from a recognized and approved program. Minimum of 7 years of experience in in mechanical and rotating equipment field. Should have experience in developing the technical reports. Should have experience to produce failure analysis reports and set clear recommendation. Must have the ability to read the rotating equipment vibration data and diagnostic.
