About the role: The primary focus of this role is to provide mechanical supervision and direction across Dragline and Washplant maintenance projects. You will ensure the successful completion of projects to the clients expectations along with the following: Provide effective project management support including the planning, preparation and delivery of projects as required Develop and maintain professional and effective working relationships with existing and potential clients Provide leadership and support to employees to ensure that the work is carried out in a safe, efficient manner Ensure compliance with the Health, Safety & Environment Management Plan What we are looking for: We are looking for highly motivated, team orientated supervisors who have demonstrated project management skills. You will also require strong time and people management skills supplemented by trade qualifications and experience in a similar role. You must be adaptable to change and the various challenges the mining industry may present. You will have the ability to work autonomously. The position is site based and accommodation and meals are provided whilst on site.
