Media Internship_Paid Salary 1. GENERAL INF Duration of internship program: 3 months Working time: 30 - 35 hours/week, schedule: flexible. 2. POSITION: Production Assistant 3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Translating/localizing scripts from English to Vietnamese Create and organize filming schedules Manage and assist in the preproduction and production of videos Problem solving during productions to ensure timelines are met Implement an efficient relationship and communication w/ different departments to understand their requirements of videos. Organize the production to meet both deadline and requirements. Other duties & responsibilities may be required and/or assigned as necessary Report regularly and timely to Creative/Marketing Manager Ensure a safe and healthy workplace and work practices. 4.QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in film/video production Major in Media/film& video is recommended High level of English (reading & writing) Knowledge in sport is a plus 5. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Knowledge of Office tools (ms word, excel, powerpoint, etc ...) Knowledge of 3D or Multimedia (adobe CC) tools is PLUS.
