Please help us keep our FOOD FOR KIDS Summer program flying all summer long. There are approximately 11,000 children who are receiving food from our FOOD FOR KIDS Program, every week during the school year. We want to be sure these children have the ability to get good nourishing food at no charge during the summer as well. On Thursday May 1st 2014 Second Harvest will host a MAYDAY Fundraiser for The FOOD FOR KIDS SUMMER PROGRAM. TEXT HUNGER to 501501 to donate $ 10.00 Our Food For Kids program serves 18 counties, approximately 7,700 sq. miles and the need is greater than ever. No one should go hungry, Especially Children.
