Media joined us last night to taste the new Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu menu! It was a multiple-course extravaganza with many delicious dishes, cocktails and desserts. Dishes served included the grilled chicken arugula salad, BBQ ribs, fish, a rib-eye steak and three types of burgers. There were also cocktails to be enjoyed with each course, including the Air Mexico, Red Berry Press, a pineapple-coconut mojito and our favorite, the Twist and Shout Shake with rum, Guinness, chocolate syrup, vanilla ice cream and bacon! Desserts followed the entrees with samples of fresh apple cobbler, hot fudge brownie, cheesecake and a salted caramel cafe.
