Functional responsibilities of Head Doctor Attracting customers (expats ) , attachment to the clinic, organizing and conducting presentations to foreign companies , to promote sales. Provide quality medical care in the specialty , using modern methods of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation, permited for use in medical practice . Determine patient surveillance in accordance with established rules and standards , develop a plan of survey of the patient, clarify the scope and methods of rational examination of the patient in order to obtain the complete and accurate diagnostic information in the shortest possible time . Based on clinical observations and surveys , anamnesis , clinical data , laboratory and instrumental investigations to establish ( or confirm ) the diagnosis . In accordance with the established rules and standards appoint and supervise the necessary treatment , organize or individually undertake the necessary diagnostic , therapeutic, rehabilitative and preventive procedures and activities.
