Medical Update: Praise the lord, Im gonna live!! The MRI revealed mild scoliosis, moderately severe degenerative disc disease, some disc bulge, and a few other large medical words all in my C3-C7 cervical spine. Basically, my neck is really out of whack and lack of cartilage isnt helping. I get to start physiotherapy this Friday to help gain mobility and build vital muscles to support my spine. Pain is temporary, they say. The BEST part is the doc cleared me to keep doing all the things I LOVE to do becuase my spinal cord is not compromised. Im back on these handsome fellas starting tomorrow and couldt be happier. Ive been riding 3x week for the past 6 months with the wonderful Ross Nye Stables in Hyde Park. Ive grown to love 21 new fur kids which kinda makes up for being away from my other fur kids back in Austin. All in all it was a day of good news and Im very thankful for my rock, Chris, for holding my hand today while I got test results. Thank you for any prayers that were sent my way.
