Medical Update... everything is in the air right now.. we dont have any answers, all we have is tests done, without results in yet, and tests scheduled over the next week. My last visit on last Tuesday, my doctor did the usual pap test, but based upon my symptoms that Ive been experiencing over the last 3 months, he thought it was necessary to order a PET scan. My previous pap test showed evidence of some of my cells beginning to change again, and Ive lost about 15 pounds, no appetite whatsoever, a cough for literally 4 months (which I have gone through 2 or 3 different antibiotics to treat, in case it was bronchitis, which it now appears otherwise), I have been in physical therapy for my back pain for 2 months now and I have had zero improvement, in fact it has only increased, I have extreme fatigue, a couple weeks ago I started coughing up some blood, I have shortness of breath... and the list, in fact, does go on.. however, I try really hard to live my life and ignore all of my symptoms... I try to sleep my 8 hours and I force myself to eat once a day.. it just sucks. I dont even want pie anymore.. and I LOVE pie. Next Tuesday is the PET scan, pap results should be back in a couple days, hes running a full blood panel as well before I get my PET done. A lot of confusion. There is evidence that suggests recurrence. The fact that I have felt like s*** for the past so many months is enough for me to know SOMETHING isnt right... anyway.. What I ask of all of you is for you to pray that I find the right doctors and that they can advocate for my health as much as I have to.. send me your positive thoughts, your good vibes, and smiles and hugs go a long loooong way in my world. Just knowing that I am loved is enough to fight for my right to party! haha.. just kidding... mostly. But it is enough to fight for my right to love back the world the way it loves me. I will keep these posts up to date with what I know, Ill make sure you know too. Thank you for your love and support. It means more to me than you will ever know.
