Medicating Someone So They Are Competent To Be Executed Hi All: Imagine constantly being tortured by demons in your head, telling you that everyone is out to get you and forcing you to hurt yourself! Now imagine knowing that you can be treated with medication, but if you are, you will be deemed sane enough to be executed for the crimes you have committed. What would you do? Steven Staley opted for insanity and the court said it is his legal entitlement to do so.
