Medicine Ball Squats: Training isnt just about toning up. - you can just play around a bit too. This exercise is a little bit dangerous as chance of falling and going over your ankle is pretty high. So be careful! - It develops kineasthetic awareness and concentration if you manage it. Some muscles are working a bit too.
