Meditation Mondays... This week we have a breathing meditation... 1. Sit in a comfortable seated position with your spine straight, Set a timer for 10 minutes. 2. Close your eyes and breath naturally 3. Begin to deepen your breath and focus on each inhalation and exhalation. 4. If your mind becomes distracted, bring your awareness back to the present. 5. When the timer goes off; take a deep breath in and slowly open your eyes. Enjoy the rest of your day.
