Meditation is a short way to reach your innerself and reach God, Benefits of meditation are as under:- 1. Meditation decorates your soul. 2. You become full of life, health charms and spiritual energies. 3. A lot of attracton appears in your personality. 4. Your hidden qualities begin to appear prominently. 5. You become kind to others. 6. Your eyes shine and reflects attraction. 7. You see dreams that come true 8. People like to hear you becasue your words come out from your soul 9. You do not get worried at all at small issues even at great issue u behave normaly or intensity of hard or cruel circumstances become very light for u 10. Even Meditation guards u against many disearses like, tension, dipression and mental disorder 11. Stops cancer and purify your blood circulation 12. You become a positive personality and therefore accept positive thoughts and ignore negative. 13. your confidence increases 14. Sadness and flustration vanishes. 15. you live a happy life and become thankful to the king of this universe,Allh Pak (God) Technique of meditation is very simple:- (There are several techniques of meditation are present but the meditation that I perform is as under:-) 1. Take a bath, or wash your hands, face and feet 2. Sit in a comfortable manner and close your eyes 3. Take a deep breath five times 4. After that, try to feel/concentrate that rain of blue lights is falling upon you. or feel that you are siiting in the blue lights or feel that you are sitting in the court of the king of this universe, the creator of this universe, God 5. Keep feeling like this 15 to 30 minutes. 6. After that, pray for fulfilling your wishes/desires and get up and get busy in your daily routine work. Precautions for meditation 1. Meditation should be perfomed early in the morning or before sleeping or when the sun goes down 2. You should meditation after u have taken your meal three hours ago. 3. your abdomen should be empty when u r doing meditation Those who perform meditation regularly can get a lot of benefits as some of them mentioned above not within 90 day but within 20 days or perhaps within 2 weeks. I have been meditating for the last three years and love this. Meditation has become a major part of my life. If u think that meditation is good and reasonable/suitable you, do try this otherwise i wont mind at all becuase this life is yours absoultely yours so the choice will be yours.
