Meditation on Buddha On my second day with the Dalai Lama one of his monks guided us through a beautiful meditation on the Buddha. For Buddhists the Buddha was a great teacher, and the aim of their practices is Buddhahood, the state of perfect enlightenment. On the in breath think "Bu" On the out breath think "Ddha" Do this for about ten minutes. ON the in breath think "I am well" With the out breath think "I am happy" Do this for about 5 minutes then on the out breath think "I have all I need" During this practice I felt a huge heat in my chest and heart area and a great sense of well being, happiness and contentment. Give it a go!
